The Ex component list
From your parts list and the supplier documents we create an audit-ready list of all Ex-relevant components – organised by electrical and mechanical parts, with manufacturer, type, Ex marking and the evidence the respective equipment category requires:
- EU declaration of conformity (ATEX 2014/34/EU)
- EU type examination certificate, where required for the category
- Operating instructions with technical data, data sheet in addition
Complete machines within the plant are identified and carried with operating instructions and their own declaration of conformity (Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230).
Scope of delivery
- One complete PDF: cover sheet, component list, all evidence – internally linked, with bookmarks
- Bilingual German/English
- Evidence unchanged in the original, grouped by document type
- On request: Excel list, further languages
Document procurement
If a piece of evidence is missing, we research it with the manufacturer and include it. In the portal you can always see which documents are still open.
Process in the customer portal
Create project
Enter the order number, upload documents by drag & drop – whole folders and large archives too.
Track status
Received, in progress, query, finished – you always see where your project stands and submit missing documents directly.
Collect
The finished list is available for download in the portal. Revisions appear in the same place.
Price
The price depends on the number of components and the completeness of your supplier documents. You receive a fixed-price quotation in advance – based on your parts list, usually the same day. Express delivery and framework agreements for recurring projects on request.
